E³ Consulting hosted a Seminar at The Rose Bowl, Botley Road, Southampton on Monday 22nd June 2009.  The event, entitled “South East Property Update: Unlocking Hidden Value”, took place on June 22nd in the Robin Smith Suite.

This an excellent opportunity to benefit from the experience of three leading experts in their respective fields:

SPEAKERS were
Scot Masker, Director of Planning and design practice ProVision;

Alun Oliver, Managing Director of E³ Consulting and

Martin Scammell, an Independent VAT specialist.

Between them they covered the current market, using case studies to illustrate how to identify key opportunities for adding value to sites and projects from sound design and planning, as well as how to optimise VAT and wider property taxation incentives in structuring and funding property transactions and developments.                                                                                      

Afterwards attendees enjoyed a buffet supper whilst networking with clients, developers and other advisers operating in the fields of Property & Construction from across the South East Region as well as at a national level.
