Eł Consulting hosted a Seminar at Burraton House, Poundbury, Dorchester on Tuesday 24th November 2009.  The event, entitled “Improving Cashflow & Managing Risk”, was attended by over thirty clients and business contacts drawn from across the South Coast.

SPEAKERS were

James Daniels, Property Tax Analyst with Eł Consulting.

Between them they covered the current market, and used case studies to illustrate how to identify key opportunities for enhancing tax savings.  They also commented on ways to improve cash flow from property taxation incentives and allowances and how these should be factored into all property transactions and developments.
