Josh West

Role

Josh is a Graduate Property Tax Surveyor and joined E3 Consulting in 2012. He has worked closely with Alun and James to support preparation of capital allowances claims on a range of projects, including restaurants, furnished holiday lettings and light industrial/business park projects across the UK.

Career & qualifications

Having completed his A-Levels at Bournemouth Grammar School, Josh went on to study Building Surveying at the University of Reading, graduating in July 2012 with a 2:1 (Hons) degree. Josh is currently working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence in Taxation Allowance, undergoing practical training and gaining experience to combine with his academic qualifications in order to gain full RICS membership.

Personal Information

Josh is an avid sportsman, having had a glittering career playing for Bournemouth RFC which peaked with two separate appearances playing at the home of rugby, Twickenham stadium. Josh is also a big fan of football, athletics and socialising with friends whenever he gets the chance.
