We are currently recruiting for a trainee Property Tax Surveyor at either an Apprenticeship or Graduate level.

Due to our continued expansion of the business, we are currently recruiting! We are eager to attract a trainee Property Tax Surveyor at either an Apprenticeship or Graduate level.

We are currently advertising for both a Graduate Surveyor (salary up to £26,000 pa) and also an RICS accredited Apprentice Quantity Surveyor (salary £15,000 pa) opportunities.

Graduate Surveyor

This position would suit a recent quantity surveying or construction management graduate who has ideally completed an RICS or CIOB accredited degree. However, we would also consider other numerate graduates, with an interest in property, whom may have completed other ‘non-cognate’ honours degrees at 2:1 or 1st Level such as classics, economics, geography, history, law, maths etc.

Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

Our Apprentice Quantity Surveyor role is an RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship in conjunction with the University College of Estate Management, Reading.

This is an RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship, with the teaching element in conjunction with the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) with fees fully funded by E3 Consulting. Rather than attending formal lectures or classes, the course is taught using UCEM’s state-of-the-art online learning environment and digital library, supported with guidance from highly experienced tutors.

The entry requirement is a minimum of three A Levels at C or higher, or their equivalent or; a Level 3 apprenticeship in a construction or property related filed; HNC/HNDs will also be considered.
