The event...
E³ Consulting is hosting its latest Real Estate investor/developer event to share Property Tax insights, focusing on the areas where value can be added and risks avoided during the property lifecycle. So as to help accelerate development, whilst minimising risk and cost, thus optimising commercial returns to developers.
We will be focusing on the risks and opportunities specifically related to Property and Construction that developers, investors, and occupiers, should be mindful of to minimise their project costs. Additionally, whilst not necessarily the prime focus of this event; being only one week on from the Autumn Budget 2025 we will also cover any immediate reactions to relevant announcements too.
E³ Consulting's speakers and contributors are:
Alun Oliver, Managing Director, E³ Consulting
Todd Arnison, Senior Property Tax Surveyor, E³ Consulting
Leigh Sayliss, Director, Tax, Lawrence Stephens
Tim Buley KC, Landmark Chambers
E³ Consulting's speakers will include insights on Capital Allowances, Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), and Land Remediation Tax Relief - and are pleased to welcome two guest speakers.
Leigh Sayliss, head of tax at Lawrence Stephens and chair of CIOT property taxes committee, and will cover SDLT, VAT and immediate Budget reactions, as necessary.
Tim Buley KC of Landmark Chambers, is a leading planning and environmental silk with over 250 reported cases across his practice and appearances at every level of UK Court and tribunal. Tim will be providing insight covering Grey Belt, Planning updates, and CIL.
