And the finalists are……

Congratulations to the finalists in the E3 Consulting sponsored ‘Industrial and Logistics’ category at The Property Marketing Awards (PMA).

PMA Awards 2021

The firms competing for the honour are J2 for its ‘Shedspotters’ campaign for Segro and Cormack Advertising for its ‘More + Central Park’ campaign for Richardson Barberry.

They will hear if they have won the coveted accolade in a virtual awards ceremony being hosted live by journalist and TV presenter Daisy McAndrew on the evening of Thursday June 24.

Among the most prestigious property awards, the PMAs are a not-for-profit event organised annually by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, a City of London livery company.

E3 Director Nicky Oliver will be performing the honours to ‘present’ the Industrial and Logistics award on the night and our Managing Director Alun Oliver will be hosting one of the virtual break-out rooms of the attendees.

Alun Oliver FRICS, who is a Liveryman of the Chartered Surveyors Company, said: “Congratulations to all at J2 and Cormack Advertising for reaching the final shortlist.

“We wish them the very best on the night, which promises to be a fantastic celebration of success in property marketing over the past year.”

Alun added: “Sponsoring the awards reflects our passion for property and our belief in promoting all of the very positive and valuable benefits the sector brings to communities and the economy.

“We’re looking forward to rubbing shoulder, virtually at least, with all of the short-listed finalists, fellow sponsors, guests and likeminded businesses from across the property sector on the night.”

The Best Marketing Campaign: Industrial and Logistics fits neatly with E3 Consulting’s experience and profile in property taxation projects across the UK, including:

  • distribution and logistics centres
  • industrial units
  • large scale warehousing
  • manufacturing facilities
  • refrigerated storage
  • self-storage centres
  • vehicle repair workshops

Daisy McAndrew is the former economics editor and chief political correspondent for ITV News. Estates Gazette is the media partner of the awards, now in their 28th year.

There are 110 livery companies in the City of London. Today most are mainly about charity, community, education and fellowship.

As well as the Chartered Surveyors Company, Alun is also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers.

Proceeds raised by the PMA are distributed by the Chartered Surveyors Company’s charitable trust to support a range of education and training projects.

These projects provide life changing opportunities which would otherwise not exist, and which enhance diversity in the real estate industry.
