Ambitious About Autism
E3 Consulting is pleased to be working with Ambitious About Autism.
Ambitious about Autism is the national charity for autistic children and young people. Their mission is to stand with autistic children and young people, champion their rights and create opportunities. The charity provides services, raises awareness and understanding and influences change through providing specialist education and award-winning employability programmes.
The Employ Autism network looks to provide autistic people with access to paid experiences of work and employability support, to better prepare them for their careers.
E3 Consulting, has committed to, while participating in the Employ Autism Network by signing a memorandum of understanding with Ambitious About Autism:
| • | Provide paid internship/s to autistic candidates. |
| • | Arrange for key employees (e.g. hiring manager, line manager, intern ‘buddy’) to access training from Ambitious about Autism to support a successful internship. Training will be delivered online in two parts, totalling a maximum of 6 hours. |
| • | Participate annually in programme evaluation and research. |
| • | Commit to monitoring long term employment outcomes of autistic clients. |
