Property Marketing Awards 2022 – Celebrating 30 years of PMA

These prestigious awards which celebrate excellence in property marketing are being supported once again by E3 Consulting.

Property Marketing Awards 2022

The Property Marketing Awards (PMAs) – now in their 30th year – have opened for entries in 13 categories.

Among the most prestigious property awards, the PMAs are a not-for-profit event organised annually by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, a City of London livery company.

Property tax specialist E3 Consulting is sponsoring the ‘Best Marketing Campaign: Industrial and Logistics’ award for the second year running.

The countdown is on to the awards night on Wednesday June 22 when winners will be announced during a ceremony at Kings Place, King’s Cross, hosted by journalist and tech presenter, Lara Lewington.

Alun Oliver FRICS, who is a Liveryman of the Chartered Surveyors’ Company, said: “This is a special year as the PMAs reach their milestone 30th year.

“E3 Consulting is pleased to once more sponsor the Industrial and Logistics category and we hope again to see some excellent entries for this year’s award.

“We’re looking forward to joining all the finalists, fellow sponsors, guests and organisers at the awards night in June.

“It will be a fitting recognition of the best property marketeers in their field and an opportunity for the industry to come together after two challenging years.”

Last year’s awards were held online because of Covid pandemic restrictions with the Industrial and Logistics title claimed by J2 ‘Shedspotters’ campaign for Segro.

The Best Marketing Campaign: Industrial and Logistics category fits neatly with E3 Consulting’s experience and profile in property taxation projects across the UK, including distribution and logistics centres, industrial units, large scale warehousing and manufacturing facilities.

David Bianco FRICS, chairman of PMA, said: “We are delighted to have the support of E3 Consulting again in 2022.

“The Industrial and Logistics sector is one of the most vibrant in the property market, with many major projects in recent years, which we are keen to highlight at PMA 2022.”

EG (Estates Gazette) is the PMA’s long standing media partner of the awards, working closely with the PMA on plans for the ceremony on June 22.

Entries close at midnight on Friday March 25, with short listed entries being announced in good time before the awards event.

There are 110 livery companies in the City of London. Today most are involved in education, charity, community, and fellowship.

As well as the Chartered Surveyors’ Company, Alun is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers

Proceeds raised by the PMA are distributed by the Chartered Surveyors Company’s charitable trust to support a range of education and training projects.

These projects provide life changing opportunities which would otherwise not exist, and which contribute towards diversity in the real estate industry.
