A previous client Tax Director introduced E³ Consulting to this major PBSA investor & operator to analyse the available capital allowances on this new student campus comprising some 1,400 bedrooms in multiple detached blocks. The project comprised various single, double, disabled and ‘family’ rooms all with en-suite bath/shower facilities as well as various communal spaces; including student study areas, lounges, laundry, games room, cinema and gymnasium with cycle storage, car parking and external landscaped areas, plus sports facilities.

E³ Consulting coordinated with the main contractor and clients in-house project QS to assimilate all the relevant contract and cost data. Our surveyor undertook a detailed site survey of the properties to identify the expenditure eligible for plant and machinery and integral feature allowances.
