Evaluate
Community Health Partnerships (CHP) were commissioning an innovative and advanced new purpose-built medical centre combining both ‘Modern Methods of Construction’ (MMC) and Passivhaus energy efficiency. Built to meet the ‘Excellent’ rating under the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) for sustainability, CHP also wanted to secure the optimal return on investment for this trail-blazing property – by it being tax efficient too!
Evolve
E³ Consulting were instructed to review and analyse the project expenditures and worked closely with the project team and project manager to optimise the capital allowances claim. The claim included Plant & Machinery (PMA), Integral Features (IFA) and Structures and Buildings Allowances (SBA), together with additional First Year Allowances (FYA) for Electric Vehicle Points and Annual Investment Allowances (AIA) on the first £1m (excluding SBAs).
