The hotel comprises 30+ luxury guest bedrooms, including two exceptional penthouse suites; all with private en-suite facilities. There are two separate bar areas and restaurant facilities as well as private function rooms and cinema room/night club space. Additionally, there are staff & guest welfare facilities throughout.

E³ Consulting was appointed after an introduction through a relative of the one of the client’s directors who in turn had also benefitted from property tax relief on a separate project in West London. Our role was to optimise the capital allowances potentially available in respect to this major refurbishment of these former office premises.

E³ Consulting’s specialist surveyor carried out their site survey at a time agreed to minimise any disruption to hotel guests. They liaised closely with the client’s project manager, QS and accountant to reconcile project costs combining five separate contracts in finalising the report, and all within a few weeks of being instructed.
