Zoe Chapman

Role

Zoe is our Client & Marketing Executive, supporting the existing team with administration, events, recruitment, customer relationship management and the general day to day support needs of the team.

Experience

Zoe previously worked for Alun at Ernst & Young supporting the capital allowances team in a PA capacity. She went on to work as a Property Industry Board co-ordinator at EY, providing support to global proposal teams, assisting with events and marketing, and support staff recruitment.

Since then, she has worked for DLA Piper providing PA/EA support for the department head in the IT/Outsourcing sector. After the birth of her first son, she worked for a local IT/Managed Print company, sourcing and implementing a new CRM system. She went on to assist the Finance Director, with responsibility for preparing client billing and general office/PA support.

Whilst taking a career break to raise her children, she undertook self-studies to pursue her interest as a surface pattern designer and illustrator and has broadened her IT skills with design software.

She has an HNC in Business/Conference & Events Management.

Personal

Zoe lives in Kent with her two teenage boys. Her interests include property renovation, interiors, art, pattern design and rugby. In her spare time, she can usually be found expanding her creative knowledge with courses, trying out new art materials, or in her garden studio sewing for her online Etsy business.
