Oti Oseji

Oti is an AI, Data and Property Analyst at E3 Consulting.  He supports most matters related to technology, ensuring it is facilitated in alignment with E³ Consulting's business strategy and outcomes.  He is also helping to strengthen the firm's cyber posture, building greater resilience and security across the business.  He also helps to maintain the firm's data, keeping records that are well-structured so that the business can make informed decisions.

He supports with research and reviewing of documents.  He has helped guide the firm's micro-interns across a range of projects spanning AI, automation, cyber risk, and sustainability.  As a brand ambassador for E³ Consulting, he represents the firm at events both within his university and across the wider professional community.  He previously joined E³ as an AI and Cyber Risk Research micro-intern.

Oti first joined E³ Consulting in November 2025 through the Micro-Internship run by the University of Plymouth in partnership with E³ Consulting, where he helped the business build a clearer understanding of AI and cyber risks, both the positive and the negative areas - insights he continues to draw on in his current role.

Beyond E³ Consulting, he recently took part in an insight day hosted by a leading global technology company and placed second in an AI hackathon run by another major tech firm.  At the University of Plymouth, he leads the Computer Society and serves as a School Representative for the School of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics.  Outside of formal work, Oti enjoys building websites and web apps, and finds real satisfaction in collaborative, team-based projects.

Oti completed a Computing Foundation Programme at Westerfield College, graduating as the Best Computing Student with a GPA of 4.94 out of 5.  He is now a BSc Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) student at the University of Plymouth, where he achieved a first-class result in his first year.

Oti was born and raised in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and later completed sixth form in Lagos.  He is a keen reader with a particular love of non-fiction, though he makes a happy exception for the novels of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, whose speeches he also greatly admires.  He enjoys musical theatre - he once took on the role of Aaron Burr in a production of Hamilton - and finds genuine fulfilment in building community and bringing people together, whether through leading groups or collaborating on shared goals.  He is the youngest of five siblings.
