This property is a purpose built health care resource centre near Liverpool.  The building houses a selection of specialist health facilities as well as doctor’s surgeries and a dental surgery.  In addition there is also a community centre, a pharmacy and 3 all-weather sports pitches.


E3 Consulting was appointed to evaluate the potential for property tax allowances after the construction of this health care centre.  The high spec nature of this state of the art facility attracted significant tax allowances, thus producing significant bottom line tax savings for our client.


Plant and Machinery Allowances were identified in excess of £2m (36% of the total construction cost), resulting in additional tax savings above our clients’ cost model of approximately £130,000.
