Purchase of a Race Horse Yard – comprising of 64 stable boxes, equine pool, offices, indoor manège, farrier unit, associated outbuildings, offices and accommodation for ‘stable hands’ and ‘lads’.

E³ Consulting was appointed by to assess the capital allowances potentially available following the purchase of this Racing Stables and associated buildings, and subsequently the refurbishment of additional jockey accommodation


E³ conducted a thorough survey of the land and buildings and identified the plant and machinery eligible for capital allowances. This enabled the client to make a claim to HMRC and reduce their overall tax liability going forward.
