Help E3 Consulting grow in a nurturing environment

E3 Consulting is seeking two new members of its team to make a long-term contribution to the organic growth of the business.

E3 Consulting is growing can you grow with us?

We’re a friendly and supportive SME with a collaborative and nurturing ethos in the fast-moving world of commercial real estate and the built environment.
We’re keen to build our people-focused team with two experienced individuals who will be valued and encouraged to help realise our and their future ambitions.
Both roles are on a permanent part-time basis including a blended training approach to augment your personal and professional development. They are:
Research and Events Administrator: Annual salary at £23,000 to £25,000 gross, pro rata (£11.79 to £12.82/hr)
Client Care and Data Executive: Annual salary at £30,000 to £35,000 gross, pro rata (£15.38 – £17.95/hr)
Both are hybrid roles combining remote (home) and office working with the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of our team as well as on own their own initiative.
As a long-established property taxation specialist, we work with property developers, owners, investors and occupiers across the UK.
Our services include Capital Allowances, Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), Land Remediation Tax Relief, Repairs & Maintenance and VAT
E3 Director, Nicky Oliver, said: “We are a SME business which focuses on collaborative long-term relationships, independence of mind and quality.
“If you are looking for a role where you are an integral member of a warm and nurturing team whose ideas and opinions are actively encouraged and valued, one of these roles could be for you.”
Nicky added: “Exceptional attention to detail and a natural desire to learn, understand and constantly improve are essential. We’re looking forward to welcoming the successful applicants to join the team.”
Property Tax Surveyor Todd Arnison joined E3 in 2017 and has gained experience in projects across many sectors while studying towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor; through a Degree Apprenticeship and his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
He said: “I have felt fully supported throughout my time with E3 in all elements of my hybrid apprenticeship role, including my technical day-to-day job, learning and professional development.
“The collaborative approach at E3 has also allowed me to gain a great deal of experience and a wider understanding of business, contributing both to my own and the firm’s successes.”
