September 2025 Roundup

As Summer transitioned into Autumn we've had a very busy September and just wanted to reflect upon the wide range of activities the E3 Consulting team has been involved with... both near and far.

September 2025 roundup

Here's our September 25 round up...

It has been an interesting, intense & positive month. Despite there being a lot of negative business sentiment out there, we're firmly accentuating the positives!! We are still receiving 2-3 sales enquiries a day & most weeks signing up a number of new clients, across our service lines, sectors and from locations throughout the UK.

We have had a new joiner - Finlay Thompson-Lowe as an intern - he's completed two months with us & has already contributed to a wide range of tasks - "Working as a Data & Legal Research Analyst Intern has been an incredibly rewarding challenge, with varied, in-depth and exciting work that has allowed me to learn every day. E³ Consulting’s culture is truly collaborative and supportive with continuous mentoring and a focus on applied ‘on the job’ learning. Attending the recent Bournemouth Property Association’s planning breakfast event also taught me not only the importance of networking but also how businesses can benefit and create new relationships from making connections."

Nicky acknowledged “It’s been great to get Fin onboard and see his enthusiasm to immerse himself in new subjects – including HR, planning and CIL case law”.

Nicky Oliver, has attended several events including Bournemouth Property Association (BPA), Institute of Directors (IoD), The Square Club & New Forest Business Partnership - her takeaways were that all events where particularly friendly and vibrant; with many people expressing the importance of collaboration and engaging with others IRL to foster greater resilience and build opportunities. Nicky also attended the The Worshipful Company of Marketors (WCM) dinner at Cranfield University – this was an opportunity to hear from academics on all matters marketing and including regarding AI strategies and practicalities both within education and wider business application. The speakers included Professor Ian Ryder, Past Master, and Julian Boulding, current Master, WCM.

Alun Oliver & Todd Arnison MRICS both started the month by becoming qualified First Aiders each completing the St John Ambulance ‘First Aid at Work’ three-day course. Todd also was involved in various YEP Southampton matters, planning forthcoming events and ventured out - the Forum for the Built Environment’s Faculty of Building Golf Society at the fantastic Ferndown Golf Club only a short drive (by car...although Todd did win the longest drive!! 😅) from our Dorset office!

Alun also attended various client and relationship meetings in London, Southampton and Guernsey; also attending the PCD GROUP - Incorporating PCD Club & HNW Advisor Eventss dinner in St Peter Port Numerous others (incl.Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT)) Property Taxes Committee) without leaving the office!
