And the finalists are…

Finalists have been announced for the prestigious Property Marketing Awards – including the Best Marketing Campaign: Industrial and Logistics.

Property Marketing Awards 2022

Property tax specialist E3 Consulting is among the sponsors of the 30th anniversary event at Kings Place in King’s Cross, London, on June 22.

Fifty-one finalists are shortlisted for honours in 13 categories in the not-for-profit awards organised by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, a City of London livery company.

Two firms are going head to head for the Best Marketing Campaign: Industrial and Logistics award.

They are:

  • Magenta Associates with Business Moves Group with ‘integrated marketing to generate new business’
  • Mileway with ‘Your Space, Your Way’

Alun Oliver FRICS, who is a Liveryman of the Chartered Surveyors’ Company, said: “Congratulations to Mileway and Magenta Associates and the Business Moves Group on becoming finalists.

“We can’t wait to join them and all of the other category finalists, judges, fellow sponsors and guests at the awards.

“It promises to be great celebration in the PMA’s milestone 30th anniversary year and the first in-person event since the pandemic began.”

The Best Marketing Campaign: Industrial and Logistics category fits neatly with E3 Consulting’s experience and profile in property taxation projects across the UK, including distribution and logistics centres, industrial units, large scale warehousing and manufacturing facilities.

Magenta Associates helped improve the brand visibility of Business Moves Group (BMG) and generate new leads through an integrated campaign that included PR, SEO, social media and blogs.

Notably, the result of the SEO work is that six people are calling or emailing BMG each month after finding the company through organic search.

Mileway is a leading last mile logistics real estate company with sites across Europe, including the UK.

It has a diverse portfolio with properties at strategic infill locations nationwide and on the edge of cities, including London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle where it aims to meet any space requirements with best-in-class service.

Proceeds raised by the PMA are distributed by the Chartered Surveyors Company’s charitable trust to support a range of education and training projects.

These projects provide life changing opportunities which would otherwise not exist, and which contribute towards diversity in the real estate industry.

There are 110 livery companies in the City of London. Today most are involved in education, charity, community, and fellowship.
